About me & my legitimation
My story led me to a point where I had to look inward at an early age. The experiences I made were never so easy that I got lost in them – and never so difficult that they made me despair.
I was fortunate not to be severely traumatized. At the same time, my childhood was not a carefree time. It feels as if life guided me along a narrow path: difficult enough to foster personal and spiritual growth, yet light enough not to become anxious, depressed, or avoidant.
Even though it may seem incidental, I consider this balance essential to my development.
Putting the question "Who am I?" into words is difficult for me. But perhaps I can share something that has shaped me:
It is my habits that have made me the person I am today. The fruits of these habits—or rather, of the old habits I was able to let go of—are so abundant that they no longer feel like sacrifice.
I do not miss anything I have left behind. When a habit became second nature to me, there was no longer space for old patterns.
I train intensively five to six times a week, avoid alcohol, have left Netflix and video games behind, strictly refrain from adult films, take cold showers in the morning, meditate, and dedicate myself to breathwork and energy practices. This may sound like discipline and restriction, but in truth, I am a hedonist – and, to be honest, sometimes quite lazy.
Long before I integrated such routines into my life, genuine, direct contact with other people was my greatest source of fulfillment and inspiration. Even when it was confronting at times, it never felt draining.
On the contrary: In connection with others, I come into contact with myself.
Resting in exchange, while being authentic and free, feels like a natural flow – a source of inspiration and mutual resonance. Sharing my feelings and perspectives with others arises naturally from my being.
Perhaps my story resonates with you, or you sense that my experiences could be helpful to you on your path. Let’s meet and find out how I can support you.
My legitimation
I hold a license as a healing practitioner for psychotherapy and am currently undergoing a three-year, in-depth therapeutic training in Buddhist psychology (EPT).
In addition to my part-time work in a residential home for people with severe mental illnesses—both in everyday life and in one-on-one sessions—I have several years of professional experience and a completed apprenticeship in the hospitality industry. There, I developed a special sensitivity to people and their behaviors—something only an environment with such direct interaction can provide. I continue to deepen this understanding with great passion to this day.
Growing up in a spiritual household, I was introduced to meditation and awakened masters at an early age.
Life circumstances such as frequent relocations, five school changes, months of traveling, professional experiences in various industries, and deep personal relationships have shaped my perspective.
Additionally, my work is enriched by years of personal experience gained through meditation, retreats, workshops, and the conscious use of various substances.
For a long time, I have maintained a daily practice consisting of meditation, energetic exercises, and contemplation—a routine that forms the core of my life and work.
